In China, Mr. Yu provides legal advice regarding laws/regulations related to investment to China by corporations in various countries and their entering into the Chinese market and is involved in preparing contract documents and contract negotiations in varieties of commercial transactions between Japanese and Chinese companies while acting as counsel on behalf of Japanese companies in China. In accordance with the China’s join in WTO, he offers legal services to overseas companies with respect to legal issues upon investment to China and corporate reorganization within its group businesses associated with M&A or receipt of foreign capitals.
