Engaged Cases

Mr. Uenishi deals with all corporate legal affairs, focusing on domestic and overseas lawsuits and disputes. He has experience working in the international legal department of a financial institution and has knowledge and experience in overall international transactions in addition to cases of financial and energy sectors. In recent years, he has been making efforts to resolve disputes related to cross-border transactions by Japanese companies. Furthermore, he is actively engaged in dispute resolution in any way other than litigation, including mediation and arbitration. He has handled international disputes in the U.S., Korea, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Israel and others. In addition to recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and support for overseas lawsuits, he has dealt with mediation and arbitration at international dispute settlement organizations such as ICC and AAA.
