Leveraging his experience in being engaged in investigation of unfair trade, such as insider trading and market manipulation, at the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, Mr. Fukasawa provides advice not only on building a system to prevent insider trading, stock transactions (share buyback, sale of strategic holding stocks, off-the-market transactions, etc.), preparing opinion, holding in-house seminars but also on timely disclosure and fair disclosure rules.
In addition, he was engaged in the research of the payment and settlement system and FinTech at the Bank of Japan, and based on this experience, he provides advice on new businesses utilizing payment and settlement services and FinTech.
