・Legal advice on information management (concerning the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the management of confidential information, etc.) and review and preparation of internal rules and privacy policies;
・Handling scandals (third-party committees and internal investigations, etc.); and
・Review and preparing drafts of contracts for various commercial transactions (including basic transaction agreements, services agreements, business alliance agreements, lease agreements, investment limited partnership agreements, civil trust agreements, terms and conditions on use of various services, various agreements in English, and others)
